Ulf Bergquist

Herr Bergquist
In 1975, attorney Ulf Bergquist graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Lund, Sweden. During the period 1975–1977, Mr. Bergquist trained as a Clerk of the Court in Malmö, Sweden. Thereafter, during the years 1978–1985, Mr. Bergquist was engaged in Swedish politics.He was Press Secretary in the Ministry of Communications 1981-1982 and Political Assistant to the prior Swedish Prime Minister Mr Fälldin during 1983-1985.

Effective in 1986, Mr. Bergquist has been engaged in the practice of law, starting out with a major Swedish law firm where he concentrated his efforts on handling bankruptcy matters.

Since 1989, Mr. Bergquist has maintained his own private practice.

Erica Striby

Erica Striby
Erica Striby is a Law graduate from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. She completed her studies in February 2004.

Erica Striby's final essay was titled "Problems concerning dual citizenship in Swedish International Private Law."

Erica Striby also studied French at the University of Nice during the years 1995–1996.

Since March 2005, Striby has worked as a lawyer at Bergquist Law Firm.

In January 2011 she was elected a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
