Overview Partners The Associate References Law commentaries Contact Mr Bergquist has written the Commentaries to the Swedish International Succession Law and the Scandinavian Succession Law. Together with professors and lawyers from UK, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands Mr Bergquist is working on a Commentary to the future EU-Regulation on succession and wills. All six authors have been members of the EU-Commission´s Expert group, which has produced the draft for the Regulation.
